Grant Miller's 'Colder Than Ice' captures a very specific moment in mid-80s European pop, when Italo disco was refining its language into something sleek, emotional and quietly durable. Originally released in 1985 on Zyx, the title track balances glacial synth lines with clipped drum programming and Miller's cool, faintly distant vocal, a combination that still feels sharply composed. 'Red For Love' softens the palette, letting melody and sentiment drift to the surface. The added versions keep faith with that original clarity: Flemming Dalum gently opens the groove for modern floors, while Hysteric tightens it further.
