Second time around for Italoconnection's 'All I Want Is You', a revivalist Italo-disco number that first featured on the Milan-based twosome's 2021 album Connections. This time round, the Fred Ventura featuring vocal number has been given the once over by Dutch Italo, EBM and electro scene stalwart Alden Tyrell under his rarely used Tyrell Corporation alias. It's more of a rebuild than a straight remix, with the long-serving Dutch producer and mastering engineer basing the action around a surging, throbbing and pulsating groove reminiscent of Patrick Cowley's reworks of Giorgio Moroder productions. On top of this he lays super-spacey synth riffs, intergalactic pads and (on the A-side rework) Fred Ventura's distinctive lead vocals. The result is a toughened up, peak-time ready slab of robo-disco excellence. More, please!
