British progressive rockers Pink Floyd didn't release a single single between 1968 and 1979, but when 'Another Brick In The Wall Part Two' landed it was huge, easily reaching the UK's top spot and defining the mood of the era. Just as 'Saturday Night Fever' was a punk film with disco music, so this was a disco tune with punk attitude, so it makes sense that here it gets a dancefloor makeover. Mark and Mr Shago take the classic in two different directions: the disco rework brings a funkier feel to the familiar hook, while the house version leans into a tougher groove built for late-night play. Both keep the track's instantly recognisable DNA intact while giving it a fresh lease of life for DJs looking to drop a curveball. A playful update to a record that needs little introduction.
